我們主要採收黃藤的側枝，砍下後還需要將黃藤外皮上的尖刺用刀削除，處理過的藤心會帶到菜市場賣，相當好賣，價格也不錯，藤心吃起來雖然有些苦澀，但因為覺得好喝，對身體也好，因而時常煮來喝。
